Armadale Osteopathy is a family practice committed to providing its patients with the most effective evidence based manual therapy for a broad range of health issues affecting the musculoskeletal system. We pride ourselves on expert patient management and aim to deliver a service and treatment plan which is individually tailored.
At Armadale Osteopathy the patient is our priority. We therefore ensure that the patient is involved in the formulation of their management plan. We believe that education and self management strategies in combination with manual therapy is the most effective and empowering approach to patient care.
The Osteopaths at Armadale Osteopathy are registered with the Osteopathy board of Australia and are members of the Australian Osteopathic Association (AOA). We are passionate about continued professional development, ensuring that patients will receive treatment based on the most up to date evidence.
As primary healthcare practitioners, the Osteopaths at Armadale Osteopathy are trained to recognise conditions that may require referral. We have a very strong referral network to general practitioners, sports medicine doctors, podiatrists and other allied health practitioners. We are also able to send patients for medical imaging if we feel this will alter the patients management or clarify a clinical picture.
